After completing a degree in psychology in 1980, Charles left to live and work in the town of Jarabacoa, Dominican Republic for New Horizons Youth Ministries a ministry to troubled teens. With 22 total years cross-culturally and 26 years with NHYM, Dr. Redwine brings experience in working with teens and families in crisis. Charles has been awarded the M.Div. and Doctor of Ministry degrees from Asbury Theological Seminary, the latter in 2002. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Dr. Redwine focuses on roles and relationships in families, attachment and bonding issues, adolescent crisis management and the use of paradox and parable in the counseling relationship. Charles has been married to his lovely wife Debbie for 25 years and they have three daughters 14, 17 and 21. Also, one cute grand daughter! |
